What information do I need to complete in the XLSX template?

Within the Event Orders tab, enter:

  • Delivery Quantity (must meet minimum quantity)

  • Delivery Date (within allowed date range)

  • Delivery Depot

  • Purchase Order Number (mandatory)

  • Additional Deal amount (must be pre-approved by Supplier)

  • Notes (optional)

⚠ Do NOT edit grey shaded columns. These are system-mapped fields and changing them will cause upload failure.
